Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Hitmon Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee comes to the cage accompanied by Pokemon Theme. Jenkins has chosen This Charming Man by The Stars as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hitmon Lee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jimmy Jenkins! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Sosuke Kotani and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jenkins decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Jenkins trying to control the action but Lee is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lee has hold of Jenkins's hands but Jenkins slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Lee moves into full guard.
Lee is trying to hold Jenkins in close to prevent damage but Jenkins has managed to pass into half guard.
Jenkins throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Jenkins lands with a punch from half guard. Jenkins sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Lee defending well though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jenkins is nestled in close to Lee, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Jenkins wants to get back to his feet.
Jenkins passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Lee! Lee working to try and regain half guard.
Lee manages to work a leg through to get back to half guard here. Good work there by Lee, under a barage of strikes from Jenkins.
Lee is not content to let Jenkins control the position. Jenkins working over Lee with some ground and pound. Lee looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jenkins takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Jenkins drops an elbow to the side of Lee's head. Jenkins wants to get back to his feet.

Jenkins trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Lee keeping moving, preventing Jenkins from controlling successfully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Lee is breathing heavily. Lee is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Jenkins looking to sit in guard and control but Lee gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Jenkins looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Lee sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Jenkins's guard. Jenkins wants to stand back up but Lee manages to pass into side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Jenkins is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jenkins tries to get back to half guard but can't. Lee wants to control but Jenkins is keeping him busy. Lee just content to control the position. Jenkins is positioning himself to get back to half guard. What's Jenkins going to do here then? He's in a bit of a pickle. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jimmy Jenkins dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Jenkins shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lee's guard. Lee trying to control the position.
Jenkins with a nice head shot there. Lee looking for a sweep. Not yet Lee, not yet. Jenkins must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Jenkins works over Lee with some ground and pound from guard. Jenkins wants to control from the top but Lee keeps moving. Jenkins stands up from Lee's guard - Jenkins perhaps looking for a knockout. Jenkins drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jenkins trying to control the position from guard on top but Lee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Lee wants to sweep here but Jenkins controlling him for the moment. Lee escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jenkins gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Jenkins wanted to stand there but Lee had control of the position. Lee pulls Jenkins in close to prevent any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Lee manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Lee can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Jenkins is looking to escape. Lee working for a guillotine from mount but Jenkins is in no mood to give up. Lee wants to control the pace but Jenkins is squirming around nicely. Jenkins tries to hold on but Lee postures up. Lee looking to control and managing it successfully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Jenkins's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Jenkins wants to hold on but Lee pushes him away. Jenkins keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Lee trying to control but he's not successful this time. Jenkins wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Lee controlling the position well here. Jenkins rolled but Lee kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Lee has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Jenkins wants to escape the position.
Jenkins breaks Lee's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Jenkins landing with the ground and pound. Lee wants to sweep but no luck. Lee has his foot on Jenkins's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jenkins works his way back into a safe position though. Jenkins connects with a couple of short punches. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jimmy Jenkins showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Lee feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Lee is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Jenkins wants to stand but Lee is controlling the position. Jenkins can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Lee controls the pace. Jenkins punching to the body, from the bottom. Lee is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Lee trying to control but Jenkins is working from the bottom. Jenkins really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lee. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Jenkins takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Jenkins is looking to sweep but instead, Lee has passed into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jenkins is looking to get back to full guard here but Lee has managed to pass to side control instead. Jenkins has given up his back.
Lee controlling well, preventing Jenkins from escaping the position.
Lee slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Hitmon Lee just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Jenkins gets caught flat footed, as Lee shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Lee won't allow Jenkins to get back to his feet. Lee trying to control the position from guard on top but Jenkins is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jenkins is trying to keep Lee in close.

Lee drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Jenkins manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Lee has Jenkins in his guard. Lee keeping moving, preventing Jenkins from controlling successfully. Lee has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Jenkins has passed into side control.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Jenkins tries to stand but Lee is controlling his head. Lee is looking to regain half guard here but Jenkins keeps moving and retains side control. Lee manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Jenkins is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Lee wants to control but Jenkins is keeping busy.
Lee is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Jenkins is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Jenkins wants to work for an arm triangle but Lee is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Hitmon Lee has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Lee prevents Jenkins from improving position. Jenkins trying to control the action but Lee is working from the bottom. Jenkins lands a few punches from side control. Jenkins is looking to take a break and control but Lee is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Lee darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Hitmon Lee showed his dominance in that final round. I think Jenkins has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
