Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tragon Dux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Dean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dux comes into the arena with Countdown to Extinction blaring out of the sound system. The crowd seem to be enjoying Dean's choice of entrance music: You're the Best. The key to victory for Tragon Dux has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dux scores with a push kick.
Dean fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Dux digs a good hook to Dean's body.
Dux delivers a nice body kick.
A punch combination from Dean misses.
Dux tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dean paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Dux fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Dean.
Dean shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dux pinned against the cage. Dux gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Dux swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Dean on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Dux. Dux obviously looking to wear him down.
Dean scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Dean is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dux pushes Dean off looking to stand but Dean dives back in and keeps control.
Dux might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Dean stalling.
Dean passes to side control.
Dean landing strikes.
Dean controlling the position from side mount.
Dean landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
You can see the frustration on Dux's face as Dean controls the position.
Dean is trying to get an arm triangle but Dux is defending well.
Dean is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Dux will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Dean advances to full mount.
Dean sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.

Dean looking to finish Dux with some ground and pound. This is bad for Dux!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dean is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Dux to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Dux shrugs it off.

Dean takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Dean pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Dean tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Dean closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Dux did well to prevent Dean getting side control.
Dean has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Dux defend it? Dean steps over the head and cranks it - Dux is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Dean!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Bobby Dean!
Bobby Dean decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
