Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Steven Brown and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie with a lazy takedown attempt
and NoMates counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Gracie misses with a takedown
and NoMates counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Gracie's guard now.
NoMates throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Gracie works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Gracie has a closed guard, preventing NoMates from standing up.
NoMates has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gracie keeping moving, preventing NoMates from controlling successfully.

NoMates would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
NoMates got a little sloppy there for a moment and Gracie has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, NoMates has managed to get both his arms back between Gracie's legs - danger averted.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Gracie looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but NoMates is defending well. Gracie quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! NoMates has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Gracie celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
