Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Shogun Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shunsuke Nakamura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Shunsuke Nakamura!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Atkins and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rua on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Rua looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
A head kick misses from Nakamura.
Rua is looking to slow Nakamura down with leg kicks.
Nakamura looks up at the clock. Bad move! Rua lands a right hand from hell, dropping Nakamura. Rua pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Shogun Rua!
Shogun Rua took his opportunity to call for a title shot in his post fight interview.
