Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Lars Lynix!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Justin Oswald!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Richard Clark and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oswald tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Lynix feints a jab promting Oswald to slip. Lynix then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Oswald slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.


It looks like Justin Oswald has been cut.
Oswald lands a nice leg kick that just misses Lynix's sensitive parts.
Oswald fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Lynix.
Oswald doesn't manage to clinch there - Lynix circles away.
Lynix throws a hook but Oswald avoids it easily.
Lynix missing with a left hand there. Oswald was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Lynix misses with a looping right.
Lynix looks to land a combination but Oswald avoids it well.
Lynix misses with a hook.
Lynix misses with a wild combination.
Lynix clobbers Oswald with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Lynix throws a big shot that misses.
Lynix looks to land a combination. Oswald sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Lynix bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Oswald's head backwards.
Lynix just misses with a punch to the body.

Oswald closes the distance and clinches.
Lynix avoiding damage as Oswald throws knees to the body.
Oswald tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Lynix avoids it.
Lynix is trying to break the clinch but Oswald has him pressed against the ropes.
Lynix blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Oswald stalling.

Oswald's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Lynix goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Lynix is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Oswald.
Lynix thows a body shot but no joy.
Oswald throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lynix bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.


That has opened up Justin Oswald's cut even more.

Oswald closes the distance and pushes Lynix back into the ropes.
Oswald missing with knees to the body.
Lynix wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Oswald tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Lynix avoids it.
Lynix tries a body shot but Oswald blocks it.
Lynix tries to break the clinch but Oswald is controlling the position.
Lynix misses with the head strike.
Lynix takes an elbow to the forehead.
Lynix avoiding damage as Oswald throws knees to the body.
With the two fighters working up against the ropes, Oswald just misses with a elbow thrown towards Lynix's brow.
Oswald pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the ropes.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Lynix on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Oswald stalling.
Oswald keeps control of Lynix as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Lynix dodges an elbow strike from Oswald.
Oswald blocks an uppercut.
With the fighters up against the ropes, Oswald throws an elbow but misses.
Oswald misses with a punch to the body.

Oswald manages to break the clinch.
Oswald slips a straight right by Lynix.
Lynix lands a slapping body shot.
Oswald with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Lynix throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Oswald counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Oswald.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Oswald tries to land knees in the clinch but Lynix avoids the damage to the body.
Oswald avoiding damage.
Oswald misses with an elbow over the top.
Lynix misses with a punch on the inside.
Oswald stalling in the clinch.
Oswald keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Lynix's efforts to push away.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Oswald is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Lynix is defending well for now.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Lynix lands with a short shot to the head.
A battle for position here, against the ropes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Lars Lynix will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Justin Oswald's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Oswald wants to slow Lynix down by chopping away at his legs.
Oswald looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Lynix scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Oswald doesn't seem bothered though.
Lynix connects with a nice looking jab.
Oswald uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lynix.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Oswald is rocked!
Oswald dodges the punch combination from Lynix.
Lynix throws a hook but Oswald avoids it easily.
Oswald is looking to clinch but Lynix is avoiding it.
Lynix looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Oswald tries to clinch but Lynix moves out of range.

Lynix lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.


The cut above Justin Oswald's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Decent striking displayed by Lynix there.
Oswald throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Lynix looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
The fighters circling - Lynix throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Lynix lands a big shot that drops Oswald! Can he finish him?
Oswald is still in real trouble! Can Lynix finish him?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Lynix postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Oswald is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Lynix, into his guard.
Oswald throws an elbow that misses. Lynix uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Oswald's guard. Nice move by Lynix!
Lynix slips nicely into half guard.
Oswald seems to have recovered his senses.
Oswald has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Oswald is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Lynix pulls his head out easily.

Lynix is looking for a kimura but Oswald is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Lynix to get the leverage.
Lynix wants to pass the guard but Oswald is defending well.
Oswald wants to get back to full guard.

Lynix seems to be working for a kimura but Oswald defends the submission attempt.

Lynix is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Oswald sees it coming and defends easily.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Lynix moves nicely into side control.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Oswald is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Lynix looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Lynix is working for a kimura but Oswald is defending it quite comfortably.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Lynix is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Oswald is just riding it out for now. Lynix eventually gives up the hold.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on Justin Oswald's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!


Nice body kick there by Oswald.
Lynix moves into range and connects with a jab.
Oswald slips a straight right by Lynix.
Oswald tries to clinch but Lynix is having none of it.
Lynix connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Oswald momentarily.
Lynix throws a lazy right hand but Oswald sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Lynix misses with a hook. Oswald ducked under it nicely.
Lynix is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Lynix moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.


Justin Oswald's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
A leg kick checked by Lynix.
Oswald takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lynix misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Good leg kick by Oswald there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Lynix scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!


Oswald is rocked!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Justin Oswald's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Lars Lynix!
After winning the bout, Lars Lynix thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
