The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Neuer rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Maguila moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Neuer swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A shot to the liver by Neuer. Beautiful body shot.

Neuer lands a left and a right that send Maguila crashing to the mat, dazed. Neuer thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Adi Maguila has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Neuer ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Maguila moves away.
Nice sprawl there from Neuer as Maguila shoots in.
Maguila fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Neuer avoids it really well and circles away.
Manuel Neuer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Neuer connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Maguila's hands.
Neuer throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Maguila stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Maguila is breathing heavily.
Maguila will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Neuer cracks the inside of Maguila's front leg.
