Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mara Salonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kuba Pedzich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pedzich has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Kuba Pedzich has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Mara Salonen's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kuba Pedzich!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salonen misses with a wild body shot.
Pedzich fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Pedzich looks gassed!
Salonen throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Pedzich tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Salonen is in Pedzich's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Salonen is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Salonen throwing strikes from guard but Pedzich blocks nicely.
