Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bart Sapp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luter Wafles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sapp swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Wafles counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Wafles looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Wafles misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Sapp swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Sapp looks to land a combination but Wafles avoids it well. Sapp will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sapp misses with a two punch combination.
Sapp drops Wafles with a right and a left! Sapp comes rushing in but Wafles regains his composure and manages to keep Sapp in guard.
It looks like Luter Wafles has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Sapp trying to control the position from guard on top but Wafles is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Sapp slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Sapp wants to control from the top but Wafles keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Bart Sapp wasn't doing enough on the ground. Sapp misses with the combination.
Wafles drops his hands for a split second and Sapp immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Wafles face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Sapp follows up with a right hand that knocks Wafles into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
