Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thor Netto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kurt Blanks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Wesley Smith and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Netto fails to land the takedown.
Netto shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Netto looking to secure an arm triangle but Blanks defends it well.
Netto jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Blanks is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Blanks and Netto has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Netto is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Blanks knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Blanks is pushing Netto's head away, looking to escape. Netto manages to hold on to the position though.

Netto trying to control the action but Blanks is working from the bottom.
Blanks throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Netto thuds his right hand into Blanks's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Blanks scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Netto shoots in looking for a takedown. Blanks tries to sprawl out of it but Netto keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Blanks manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
No luck for Netto with that takedown attempt.

Blanks throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Netto shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Blanks's guard.
Netto has gone for a leg lock! Blanks slips out almost immediately though and dives into Netto's guard.
Netto isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Blanks stacks Netto on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Blanks!
Netto is breathing heavily.
Blanks wants to stand but Netto is controlling his arm.
You can see the frustration on Netto's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Blanks connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Netto's hands.

Netto closes the distance and clinches up with Blanks, looking for a takedown. Netto pushes Blanks against the cage but Blanks circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Blanks is trying to break the clinch but Netto has him pressed against the cage.

Blanks lands a really nice looking cross but Netto seems unphased.

Kurt Blanks comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Blanks winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
