Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Markus Justice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Colt Plum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 1, fighting out of New York, Markus Justice! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Colt Plum! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Bruno Lombardi and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Plum misses with a takedown attempt and Justice counters with a series of strikes. Plum will be more careful next time no doubt. Plum throws a sloppy head kick and Justice moves out of range easily. Plum throws a head kick but Justice moves out of range.
Plum takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Plum throws a looping overhand right but Justice ducks down to avoid it. Plum uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Justice.
Plum tries to sprawl but Justice drives through with a takedown into half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Justice passes the guard and advances to mount! Justice is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Plum has managed to escape the submission attempt.

That's one minute gone in the round. Justice is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Plum to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Plum shrugs it off. A nice elbow there by Justice. Plum avoids a series of strikes thrown by Justice.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Plum can do anything to dispel that myth. The referee warns Plum that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Justice working for a submission but Plum is keeping him at bay. Justice has hold of Plum's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Plum manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Plum can't escape the position.
Justice looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Plum is in a horrible position here. Justice smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Justice working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Plum really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Justice. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Plum has left one of his arms exposed and Justice doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Plum screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
