Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Charles Martel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Huey Freeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Freeman has chosen Can't Tell Me Nothing as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Bruno Lombardi and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Freeman takes one on the button.
It looks like Huey Freeman has been cut.
Martel moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Martel with a nice cross.
Freeman on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Martel swings for the body but Freeman moves out of range.

A looping hook to the body misses from Martel. Freeman does a little dance to reset his feet.
Martel ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Martel wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Martel tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Freeman was well out of range. Poor timing from Martel.
Martel throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Freeman on the side of the head.
That has opened up Huey Freeman's cut even more.
Martel punishes Freeman's body with a nice straight punch.
Martel misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Freeman.
Freeman shoots in for a takedown but Martel shows good takedown defense.
Martel throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Freeman tries to score a power double leg takedown but Martel sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Freeman somewhat.

Charles Martel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Huey Freeman.
Martel lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Martel punishes Freeman's body with a nice straight punch.
Martel moves into range and connects with a jab.
Martel lands with a right that hurts Freeman. Freeman looks to clinch but Martel throws a short knee that drops Freeman. This one is all over!
