Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ariel Piechocki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaevic Dolores (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Ariel Piechocki! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jaevic Dolores! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Colin Fotheringham and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Piechocki throws a series of punches but Dolores avoids them all with ease. Piechocki throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Piechocki throws a wild body kick that Dolores sees coming a mile off. Piechocki pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Dolores checks the leg kick. Piechocki misses with a two punch combination.
Dolores forces Piechocki back against the cage and clinches. Piechocki is looking to break free of the clinch but Dolores has double underhooks. Dolores jumps guard and drags Piechocki to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Piechocki trying to control but Dolores is working from the bottom. Dolores has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Dolores will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Dolores is on top in guard.
Dolores must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Piechocki is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dolores looking to control the position here, rather than advance. It looks like Dolores might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Dolores gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Piechocki throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Dolores. Dolores fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Piechocki manages to avoid it. Piechocki misses with a head kick.
Piechocki wants to clinch. Ariel Piechocki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dolores gets in close and instigates a clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dolores doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Dolores has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Piechocki is trying to keep an underhook but Dolores manages to get the takedown into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dolores stands up from half guard. Piechocki tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Dolores counters with a nice double leg into side control. Piechocki won't be happy with that. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Dolores tries to move to mount but Piechocki blocks the move with his legs. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Dolores throwing shots but missing, from side control. Dolores taking a breather here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dolores stands up. Dolores shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Piechocki tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Dolores perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Piechocki is looking to control Dolores's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Piechocki avoid being mounted? Dolores is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dolores working the ground and pound effectively.
Dolores working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Piechocki turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Dolores off and cradles Piechocki's limp body as Dolores celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Jaevic Dolores!
