Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Duane McKay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benjamin Rich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Duane McKay! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Benjamin Rich! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Gwen Towbar and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McKay avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Rich connects with the punch.
It looks like Duane McKay has been cut. McKay throws a head kick that misses. Rich misses the shot to the body. Rich swings and misses with a hook to the body.
McKay misses with a head kick.
Rich fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. McKay fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Rich, pushing him back against the cage. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rich avoiding damage as McKay throws knees to the body.
McKay has hold of one of Rich's legs. Rich is fighting the takedown attempt but McKay gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Rich looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Rich not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
McKay might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Rich might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control McKay kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Rich wants to get back to his feet but McKay is in a dominant position and won't allow it. McKay landing some decent shots from guard. Rich tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rich working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from McKay. Rich really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McKay. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. McKay sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Rich's guard. Rich blocking the ground and pound attempt from McKay. McKay seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. McKay working the head and body with strikes. Rich tries to kick McKay off but McKay keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McKay sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Rich defending well though. McKay landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. McKay scoring with strikes to the body and head. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rich pushes McKay off looking to stand but McKay dives back in and keeps control.
McKay working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. McKay is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Rich is just riding it out for now. McKay eventually gives up the hold. McKay is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rich taking some punishment here, with McKay in his half guard. McKay is keen to just control but Rich is a slippery customer. McKay scores with a couple of good hammerfists. McKay looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. McKay working over Rich with some ground and pound. Rich looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. McKay is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Rich sees it coming and defends easily. McKay looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Rich with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. McKay landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Rich is trying to control but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rich wants to get back to his feet. McKay winds up and cracks Rich with a swinging punch to the side of the head. McKay works his way into side control. McKay wants to lay and pray for a moment but Rich keeps working. McKay tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Rich is looking for a sweep. Rich taking a bit of punishment here - McKay scoring with strikes. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! McKay creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. McKay is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Rich is trying to escape and McKay transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Rich is forced to tap! Nice work there by McKay! Very nice indeed!
