Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, James Miller! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chuck Stevens! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Miller swings and misses with a shot to the body and Stevens holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Stevens breaks from the clinch.
Miller changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Stevens tries to avoid it but Miller manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Stevens to the ground. Stevens escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Miller scores a takedown into full mount! Stevens tries to lock up and control but Miller gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Stevens is squirming around, avoiding Miller's attempts to control the action. Miller looking for a guillotine from mount but Stevens is having none of it. Miller can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Stevens is looking to escape. Miller landing strikes from the mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miller landing punches. Miller controlling the pace for now. Miller looking to control but Stevens is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Stevens is just holding on here. Miller manages to take his back.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Miller not allowing Stevens to control his hands. Miller has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Stevens's body.
Stevens staying busy and making it hard for Miller to control. I would not like to be Stevens right now.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Stevens trying to control the position but Miller manages to sink in the hooks. The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Miller's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
The referee is taking a good look at Stevens as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from Miller!
Miller is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Stevens is defending well though. Miller let's go of the attempt for now. Stevens is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Miller gets his way!

That's four minutes gone in the round. Stevens tries to break free.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Stevens breaks Miller's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Stevens trying to control the position from guard on top but Miller is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Miller is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Stevens defends well. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Stevens trying to control but Miller is working from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
James Miller dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Stevens will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Miller shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Stevens defends it nicely. Stevens throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Miller's waist but Miller gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Stevens off to one side. Stevens tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Miller swivels and escapes. Miller stuffs the takedown attempt from Stevens. Stevens gets slowly back to his feet. James Miller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chuck Stevens. Miller lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
It looks like Chuck Stevens has been cut. Miller closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Stevens really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Miller. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Stevens is breathing heavily. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Miller stands up.

Stevens swats away the attempt to clinch by Miller. Miller pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Stevens back to the cage. Miller follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Miller avoids the head kick by Stevens.
James Miller is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Miller lands with a nice combination. Stevens backs away looking to recover. No joy there for Miller, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Miller throws a head kick but Stevens moves out of range.
Miller shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Miller slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Miller moves into full mount! Miller can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Stevens is looking to escape. Miller controlling the position easily from mount. Miller lands a nice shot to the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Miller prevents Stevens from getting the reversal. Miller controlling his opponent. Stevens tries to hold on but Miller postures up. James Miller dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Chuck Stevens's cut. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Miller rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Stevens moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Stevens shoots in looking for a takedown. Miller tries to sprawl out of it but Stevens keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Miller manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Miller tries to clinch up. Stevens shoots for a takedown but Miller saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. A slapping body kick lands there for Miller. Miller gets a double leg takedown into Stevens's guard. Miller is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Stevens can do to turn this around? Stevens is trying to control the position but Miller postures up. Miller seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Miller trying to control but Stevens is working from the bottom. Stevens takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miller slips nicely into half guard. Miller is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Miller scoring with strikes to the body and head. Miller stands up from half guard. Stevens takes the fight into the clinch. Stevens has Miller pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Miller manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. James Miller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chuck Stevens.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stevens jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Miller walks away with a smile on his face. Stevens gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Miller fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Stevens to the ground. Miller is now in Stevens's guard. Miller advances to half guard. James Miller overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Miller is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Miller stalling.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Miller seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Stevens for as long as he can get away with. Miller wants to lay and pray for a moment but Stevens keeps working.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of James Miller. Miller shoots in and drives through. Stevens sprawls well. Miller looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Stevens is fending him off so far but Miller persists. Nope, Stevens circles away and we're back to standing. Stevens fails with a takedown attempt. Miller looks to land a combination but Stevens avoids it well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Miller tries to close the distance and clinch up but Stevens swats him away and circles back towards the center. Stevens gets caught flat footed, as Miller shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Stevens is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Miller trying to control the position from guard on top but Stevens is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Miller is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Miller stands up from guard. Let's bang!
And that's the end of the fight! James Miller showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Miller, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... James Miller! James Miller tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
