Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, DJ Puggles! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rosco DelVecchio! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Chad Campbell and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Puggles avoids a punch combination nicely.

Rosco DelVecchio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Puggles misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

DelVecchio wants to clinch and Puggles counters with a left to the body. Puggles slips a jab and a cross from DelVecchio.
DelVecchio moves in looking to clinch but Puggles pushes him off. Puggles dodges the punch combination from DelVecchio.
DelVecchio tries to clinch and Puggles counters with a one-two to the body. Puggles lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Puggles lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
It looks like Rosco DelVecchio has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Puggles lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but DelVecchio circles away quickly and effectively. Puggles gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Puggles manages to break the clinch.
DelVecchio wants to clinch up but Puggles keeps it at a distance. DelVecchio falls off balance throwing a combination
and Puggles finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Left hook, right uppercut from Puggles. DelVecchio dodges the punch combination from Puggles.
DelVecchio takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. DelVecchio tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Puggles counters with a nice body kick.
DelVecchio looks gassed! DelVecchio on the wrong end of a nice hook. Puggles lands a big head kick that sends DelVecchio tumbling to the mat! Puggles takes a step backwards and waves DelVecchio back to his feet - he wants the finish! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. DelVecchio gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! DelVecchio tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Puggles is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and DelVecchio buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves DelVecchio!! DelVecchio is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Puggles throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). DJ Puggles!
