Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Phil Deimon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dominick Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cruz has chosen DJ Khaled - All I do is win as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Eliza Hachem and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deimon fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Deimon shoots in and bounces Cruz off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Cruz is pulling down on Deimon's head to control his posture.
Deimon is looking to stand up but Cruz won't let him.
Cruz is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Deimon is aware though and is defending well.
Cruz is looking for a triangle but Deimon pushes his legs off easily.
Deimon drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Deimon jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Deimon trying to control the position from guard on top but Cruz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Cruz is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Deimon frees his head nicely. Oh but Cruz has switched to an armbar! Deimon is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
