Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xavier Mack!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Dillan Fox and William Peck.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mack blocks a jab.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mack is defended easily by DeBlunt.
Mack throws a body punch but DeBlunt moves out of range.
Mack has a takedown stuffed.
DeBlunt throws a hook but Mack avoids it easily.
DeBlunt misses with a looping left.
Mack avoids the body shot from DeBlunt.
DeBlunt looks to score with a jab to the body but Mack is just out of range.
Mack connects with the punch.

Mack is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in DeBlunt's half guard.

Mack lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
DeBlunt is trying to stand back up but Mack is controlling him
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mack tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but DeBlunt was well out of range. Poor timing from Mack.
Mack tests DeBlunt's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Mack shoots in for a takedown but DeBlunt shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Mack throws a nice outside leg kick.

Mack fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with DeBlunt, pushing him back against the cage.
Mack goes for a takedown attempt but DeBlunt pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
DeBlunt throws a series of punches but Mack avoids them all with ease.
Mack throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Mack wants a takedown.
Phil DeBlunt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Xavier Mack.
Mack is leaning against DeBlunt and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Mack swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Mack cracks DeBlunt with a nice body shot.
DeBlunt has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Mack misses with a punch to the body.
Mack scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Mack lands with a left to the head.
Mack lands a hook to the side of the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Still in the clinch, Mack scores with a nice short uppercut.
Mack lands with a left to the head.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Mack lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of DeBlunt backwards.


DeBlunt is rocked!
Mack lands a nice uppercut.
Oh DeBlunt is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mack throws a punch but it's blocked by DeBlunt.
Mack doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Mack lands a hook that snaps the head of DeBlunt backwards.
DeBlunt is trying to push Mack away but Mack has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Mack misses with some punches.
Mack lands a big right hand that drops DeBlunt! The killer instinct kicks in and Mack finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Mack!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Xavier Mack!
After the big win, Xavier Mack made sure to do all the important stuff like thanking his sponsors Rōnin and telling the interviewer how much he loves him.
