Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Seno Tahu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thiago Leite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Seno Tahu! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Thiago Leite! The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Leandro Rodrigues and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Leite misses with a takedown and Tahu counters with a lovely straight right hand! Leite gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Tahu counters with a good, hard body kick but Leite shrugs it off. Leite fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Seno Tahu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Thiago Leite. Leite tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Leite misses with a takedown attempt and Tahu counters with an outside leg kick.
Leite looks gassed! Tahu moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Tahu looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Tahu with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Tahu stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Tahu throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Leite was covering up waiting for the punch and Tahu finishes the takedown easily into guard. Tahu sitting in guard here, content to control. Leite should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tahu advances to half guard. Tahu is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Leite has managed to free his arm - good work. Tahu is controlling the pace.
Tahu is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Leite is just riding it out for now. Tahu eventually gives up the hold. Tahu working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Leite looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Tahu stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Tahu shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Leite is bucking up trying to escape but Tahu cracks him with another couple of good strikes. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Tahu in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tahu sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Tahu can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Leite is looking to escape. Tahu controlling the position easily from mount. Tahu prevents Leite from getting the reversal.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Leite slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Leite is refusing to be controlled, as Tahu sits in half guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Seno Tahu. Leite scores a takedown into full mount! Leite goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Tahu turns into him and now he's in Leite's guard.
Leite manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Tahu manages to get himself to full guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Tahu keeping moving, preventing Leite from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Seno Tahu dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Tahu shoots for a double leg takedown but Leite sprawls well. He's pushed Tahu's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Leite defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Tahu. Tahu shoots in looking for a takedown. Leite tries to sprawl out of it but Tahu keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Leite manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Seno Tahu. That's going to take a lot out of him. Leite shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Tahu as he avoids it easily. Leite shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tahu as he jumps to the side. Tahu looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Seno Tahu is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Leite fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Tahu closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Leite tries for a takedown. No joy.
Leite has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Tahu is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Leite tries for a takedown. No joy.

Leite changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Tahu fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Tahu fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Leite drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Tahu regains half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Leite seems to be working for a kimura but Tahu defends the submission attempt. Leite is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard. Tahu bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Leite's guard. Leite keeping moving, preventing Tahu from controlling successfully. Tahu is really struggling to control Leite but he's trying to hold on to the position. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Leite working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Tahu doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Tahu manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Leite pushes a forearm under Tahu's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Tahu is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
