Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Anjolito Quintana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anak Monyet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quintana's entrance music is The APL Song. A fine choice. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Anjolito Quintana!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Anak Monyet!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quintana clinches up against the cage.
Monyet pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Monyet misses with a body shot
and Quintana counters with a low kick, right behind Monyet 's knee.
Quintana fails with a takedown attempt.
Monyet connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Quintana's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Monyet connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Quintana scrambles back to his feet.
Quintana moves into range and clinches up with Monyet.
Quintana blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Monyet lands a right hand.
Monyet is trying to break the clinch but Quintana is controlling him.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Quintana.
Monyet lands a body shot in the clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Monyet lands with a short shot to the head.
Monyet pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Quintana fails with the takedown.
Quintana moves out of range as Monyet throws a body kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Monyet rushes Quintana and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Quintana has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Monyet after a bit of a struggle.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anjolito Quintana. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A short uppercut from Monyet.
Monyet stalls.
Quintana manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Monyet trying to stand up but can't free himself from Quintana's guard.
Quintana trying to keep a closed guard but Monyet is proving a slippery customer.
Monyet gets to his feet - Quintana follows without any prompting.
Quintana is breathing heavily.
Quintana drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Monyet pulls Quintana in close to prevent any damage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Let's hope that Monyet has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Monyet's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Quintana drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Monyet manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Quintana has Monyet in his guard.
Monyet's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Anak Monyet has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Quintana takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Monyet lands with a nice body kick.
Quintana avoids a kick to the body.
Monyet tries to work over Quintana's front leg with a kick but Quintana checks it.
Quintana walks into a stiff left hand from Monyet.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Monyet lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Quintana has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Quintana and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Quintana blocks the body kick.
Monyet throws a sloppy head kick and Quintana moves out of range easily.
Monyet throws a head kick that half lands.
Monyet with a jab.
Monyet lands a right hook to the body.
Monyet digs a good body shot into Quintana's ribs.
Quintana is trying hard to land a takedown here. Monyet sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Quintana takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Quintana closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Quintana's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Monyet connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Quintana scrambles back to his feet.
Monyet gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Monyet throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Quintanas head.
Monyet pushes Quintana back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Quintana is rocked!
Monyet manages to break the clinch.
Oh Quintana is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Quintana walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Monyet swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:02 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Anak Monyet!
A relieved looking Anak Monyet thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
