Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Brad Cunningham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny T (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cunningham comes into the arena with Disturbed - Conflict blaring out of the sound system. T has chosen Johnny Thunders & the Heartbreakers - Born to Lose as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brad Cunningham! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Johnny T! The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Dean Styles and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cunningham has closed the distance and engaged T in a clinch.

Cunningham misses with a knee to the head. A nice glancing elbow lands by Cunningham. Cunningham tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
T managing to block the knees to the body from Cunningham.
T has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Cunningham avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Cunningham gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from T.
T has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Cunningham is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Brad Cunningham has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johnny T. Cunningham pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Cunningham darts in and clinches T up against the cage. Cunningham prevents the takedown attempt.
T wants to stall.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! T has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Cunningham uses from the top position.
That's one minute gone in the round. T is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Cunningham seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Cunningham thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. T is looking for a triangle but Cunningham pushes his legs off easily.
T utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Cunningham working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cunningham controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Cunningham gets to his feet - T follows without any prompting. Jab from Cunningham. Cunningham thuds his right hand into T's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Cunningham closes the distance and pushes T back into the cage. Cunningham ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Cunningham no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Cunningham is pulling down on T's head. It's preventing any offense from T, at least for the moment. T trying to control but Cunningham is working from the bottom. T pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Cunningham is keeping the position for now. Cunningham is pulling down on T's head to control his posture.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cunningham is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! T rolls with it to try and escape but Cunningham cranks on the arm and T is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
