Boston comes to the cage accompanied by You're Going Down. Rory Markman is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rory Markman! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Franklyn Lucas and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boston lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
It looks like Rory Markman has been cut. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Boston. Markman scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Markman is looking to take a break and control but Boston is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Boston manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Markman throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Boston keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Markman prevents Boston from improving his position. Boston blocking the ground and pound attempt from Markman.
That's one minute gone in the round. Boston is staying active underneath Markman, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Boston avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Markman. Markman is looking to advance position but Boston won't allow it. Markman is keen to just control but Boston is a slippery customer. Markman is looking for a kimura but Boston is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Markman to get the leverage. Boston keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Boston defending well though. Markman thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Markman trying to control from half guard but Boston is working away. Markman might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Boston kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Markman throws a sloppy head kick and Boston moves out of range easily. Boston gets caught napping as Markman dives in and scores a takedown. Boston manages to retain guard. Boston is trying to keep Markman in close.

Markman pulls Boston in to control the position. Boston is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Markman trying to keep a closed guard but Boston is proving a slippery customer.
We're going to have a standup here because Bradley Boston wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Markman shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Boston pinned against the cage. Boston gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Markman rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Boston counters with a lovely straight right hand! Horrible takedown by Markman or perhaps it was just good defense by Boston which made him look bad. Boston throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Markman closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Boston to the mat! Boston manages to get full guard. Rory Markman has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Boston holds on and takes a little breather. Boston keeping moving, preventing Markman from controlling successfully. Markman is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Boston wants to sweep here but Markman controlling him for the moment. Boston trying to keep a closed guard but Markman is proving a slippery customer.

We're going to have a standup here because Bradley Boston wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Boston slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Boston just misses with a punch to the body.

Markman is looking to pass Boston's guard but actually Boston recovers to full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Rory Markman will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Rory Markman's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Markman throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Boston tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Markman is in Boston's guard. Markman slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Boston manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

Markman keeps control of Boston as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Markman is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Boston pulls him back up using the underhooks.
