Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Brock Lesnar! The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Daniel Cesar and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McCarthy tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Lesnar throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Lesnar has closed the distance and engaged McCarthy in a clinch.
Lesnar prevents McCarthy from breaking the clinch. McCarthy goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
McCarthy is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. McCarthy can't find room to land a body shot as Lesnar controls the action.
McCarthy misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Lesnar manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Lesnar has McCarthy pulled in close to control his posture. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. McCarthy gets to his feet. Lesnar looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Lesnar gets in close and instigates a clinch. McCarthy has Lesnar pressed against the cage, preventing Lesnar from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Lesnar pulls guard successfully.
Lesnar looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Lesnar is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's one minute gone in the round. McCarthy wants to get back to his feet.
Lesnar is looking to advance position but McCarthy won't allow it. Lesnar is taking a breather. McCarthy says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Lesnar stands up and beckons McCarthy to join him on the feet. Lesnar drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lesnar stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McCarthy swivels though and keeps the full guard. Lesnar is pushing down on McCarthy's leg trying to pass to half guard. McCarthy is fighting to maintain full guard but Lesnar has managed to sneak the leg through. Lesnar perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. McCarthy makes his way to full guard. A much better position for McCarthy. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! McCarthy is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Lesnar is controlling him. McCarthy is breathing heavily. Lesnar gets to his feet - McCarthy follows without any prompting. McCarthy checks a leg kick. Lesnar closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. McCarthy is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Lesnar scores with a couple of nice shots.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. McCarthy taking some punishment here, with Lesnar in his half guard. Lesnar stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Lesnar looking to score a takedown here. McCarthy is defending well but Lesnar drives through and ends up in McCarthy's guard. McCarthy keeping full guard, as Lesnar tries to pass. Lesnar really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McCarthy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Lesnar is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Lesnar stands up from guard. Let's bang! Lesnar takes the fight into the clinch. Lesnar lands a takedown into guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Lesnar trying to control the position from guard on top but McCarthy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. McCarthy is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Lesnar with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. McCarthy is trying to control the position but Lesnar postures up. Lesnar advances position into side control! McCarthy takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Lesnar is trying to get an arm triangle but McCarthy is defending well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brock Lesnar dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Lesnar drives through with a takedown into guard. Lesnar trying to control but McCarthy is working from the bottom. McCarthy looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Lesnar puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Lesnar is trying to control the action in half guard but McCarthy is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Lesnar drops an elbow to the side of McCarthy's head. McCarthy is bucking up trying to escape but Lesnar cracks him with another couple of good strikes. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Lesnar lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Lesnar with a couple of short strikes. Lesnar controlling from the full mount. Lesnar with shots to the head and body - McCarthy looks very uncomfortable down there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Lesnar trying to control but McCarthy is having none of it. McCarthy is trying desperately to improve position. Lesnar stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. Lesnar drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. McCarthy being controlled for a moment. Lesnar is looking to take a break and control but McCarthy is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lesnar tries for a kimura but McCarthy is defending well. Lesnar decides to stand back up. Lesnar steps back and let's McCarthy get back to his feet. A momentary lapse in concentration from McCarthy enables Lesnar to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. McCarthy manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. McCarthy is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. McCarthy can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Lesnar controls the pace. McCarthy throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lesnar wants to control from the top but McCarthy keeps moving. Lesnar not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. McCarthy looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Lesnar must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Brock Lesnar was stalling too much, according to the referee. Lesnar looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for McCarthy! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Lesnar controlling his opponent. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Lesnar stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. Brock Lesnar showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Lesnar is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. McCarthy knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Both fighters are breathing heavily. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. McCarthy tries to close the distance and clinch but Lesnar swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Lesnar throws a half hearted mid kick. Jerry McCarthy is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. McCarthy tries to move into range but Lesnar moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Lesnar scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. And that's the end of the fight! Brock Lesnar comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Lesnar has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Brock Lesnar! A determined Brock Lesnar didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
