Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown comes to the cage accompanied by Monster. Anthony Jones is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

With a record of 8 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Anthony Jones!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones tries to keep at a distance but Brown has taken the fight into the clinch.
Jones tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Brown avoids it.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Brown throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jones's waist but Jones gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Brown off to one side.

Brown will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Anthony Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Brown has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Jones is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Brown pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Brown shoots in for a double leg but Jones sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

David Brown is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Brown's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

David Brown showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Brown has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
