Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Bloggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abekula Malelei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Malelei has chosen Broken, beat & scarred - Metallica as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bloggs throws out a loose jab but Malelei uses good head movement to avoid it.
Malelei misses with a looping left.
Malelei connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Bloggs's hands.

Bloggs closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Malelei did well to prevent Bloggs getting side control.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Bloggs drops back, looking for a kneebar! Malelei looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Malelei looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Malelei!

Malelei has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
