The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Eddie Farnsworth and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cool shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Llewtras napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Cool tries to advance to mount but can't.
Llewtras is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Cool has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Cool is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Cool decides to stand back up. Cool steps back and let's Llewtras get back to his feet.
Cool shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Llewtras pinned against the cage. Llewtras gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Llewtras fails with an attempt to clinch.
Llewtras closes this distance looking for a takedown but Cool circles away.
Llewtras shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Cool sprawls well. Cool wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Llewtras gets slowly back to his feet.

Llewtras throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Cool stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Cool wants it to stay on the feet.

Llewtras shoots in but Cool avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Cool closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Llewtras to the mat! Llewtras manages to get full guard.
Llewtras is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Cool is aware though and is defending well.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Llewtras wants to stand up but Cool is controlling him.
Cool pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Llewtras is keeping the position for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Llewtras is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Cool wants to pass the guard but Llewtras is keeping the position.
Cool sitting in guard doing not very much at all here. Llewtras doesn't need a second invitation though! He's locked up a guillotine and he's squeezing tight! That is tiiiiiiiiight! Cool paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Llewtras - great work!
