Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mario Ferrari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aiden White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Alan Glass and Cecil Peabody.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferrari lands the left hand.
A slapping leg kick lands for Ferrari.
Ferrari's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Ferrari duly obliges.

It looks like Aiden White has been cut.
White has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Ferrari.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Ferrari moves into range and clinches up with White.
Ferrari lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Ferrari lands a good knee to the midsection. White won't want to take too many of those.

Ferrari breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
White throws a right hand that Ferrari ducks under and follows up with a left that Ferrari also avoids with ease.
Ferrari getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
White takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Ferrari lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as White backs up against the cage.

White is rocked!
White looks gassed!
Ferrari darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! White's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Ferrari before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mario Ferrari!
A relieved looking Mario Ferrari thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
