The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parisyan blocks a jab.
Parisyan lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Parisyan shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Lynn lands with a right hand.

It looks like Pharoah Parisyan has been cut.
Parisyan connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Lynn rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Parisyan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Parisyan throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Lynn throws a looping overhand right but Parisyan ducks down to avoid it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Parisyan scores with the left hand. Lynn knows he should have avoided that one.
Parisyan misses with a two punch combination.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Parisyan.
Parisyan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Parisyan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lynn circles away.

and Lynn counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Pharoah Parisyan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Oooooh!!! Lynn has knocked Parisyan down with a huge combo! Lynn steps away and waves a wobbly Parisyan back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Lynn misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Oh Parisyan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Parisyan is looking to score with low kicks.
Parisyan seems to have got his legs back now.
A combination from Parisyan does no damage.
Lynn tries to bum rush Parisyan with a series of wild strikes but Parisyan uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Parisyan misses with a right hand
and Lynn counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Parisyan out cold! What a finish! Lynn is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
