Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Borisov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Lamotta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Borisov comes to the cage accompanied by Blunt - The Iron Maiden. Lamotta comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Survivor - Eye of the Tiger kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! This should be a great matchup!

Lamotta takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lamotta can do anything to dispel that myth.

Borisov seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Borisov connects with a nice short shot to Lamotta's temple.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Borisov looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Lamotta with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Borisov frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Borisov takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Borisov is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Borisov!
