Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lars Thunstrom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bin JinJu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thunstrom comes to the cage accompanied by Prodigy - Spitfire. Lars Thunstrom could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Bin JinJu's chin.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bin JinJu!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Igor Prikhodko and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
JinJu pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A head kick misses from JinJu.
JinJu steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Thunstrom.
Nice combo by Thunstrom! Oh, that's hurt him - JinJu falls to the canvas and Thunstrom follows him into side control.
JinJu is rocked!
It looks like Bin JinJu has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Thunstrom looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
JinJu is still in real trouble! Can Thunstrom finish him?
JinJu wants to control but Thunstrom postures up.
Thunstrom decides to stand up, so the ref orders JinJu to his feet.
JinJu seems to have recovered his senses.
A looping hook to the body misses from Thunstrom. JinJu does a little dance to reset his feet.
Thunstrom misses with a body shot.
Thunstrom swings for the body but JinJu moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Thunstrom waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract JinJu.
Lars Thunstrom is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Thunstrom slaps away a takedown attempt from JinJu, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Bin JinJu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Thunstrom misses the shot to the body.
A jab from Thunstrom misses.
Thunstrom throws a body punch but JinJu moves out of range.
JinJu swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Thunstrom is looking to wear down JinJu with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Thunstrom scores with a jab to the body.
JinJu attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd cheers as Thunstrom lands an impressive looking overhand right. JinJu doesn't seem phased though.
JinJu tries for a takedown but Thunstrom circles away easily
and Thunstrom counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! JinJu has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Lars Thunstrom!

A relieved looking Lars Thunstrom thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
