Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Kerns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Nealy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tom Nealy is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jake Kerns! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tom Nealy! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nealy clobbers Kerns with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Kerns takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Nealy is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Kerns displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Nealy throws out the jab. Kerns ducks under a wild hook from Nealy. Kerns misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Nealy scores with a nice strike.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kerns misses with a straight left. Nealy swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Tom Nealy is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Nealy is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kerns. Kerns misses with a looping left. Kerns walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Nealy pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters circling - Nealy throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Kerns blocks a jab. Kerns walks into a left hand. Nealy rushes Kerns and presses him up against the ropes. Nealy breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Nealy lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Kerns at a distance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kerns misses with an uppercut
and Nealy counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Nealy connects with the punch. Kerns takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kerns tries to move into range but Nealy moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Nealy throws a looping overhand right but Kerns ducks down to avoid it. Nealy fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kerns. Kerns is breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nealy tests Kerns's chin there with a solid looking shot. Kerns walks into a stiff left hand from Nealy. Nealy lands a big uppercut and Kerns crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Kerns looks OK. Nealy waves Kerns back to his feet!
It looks like Jake Kerns has been cut. Jab from Nealy. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Nealy catches Kerns with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tom Nealy dominated that round. The cut man is working on Jake Kerns's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business.
Nealy with a hook. Nealy loads up on a big right hand but Kerns slips the punch. Kerns misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Nealy.
Kerns throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Kerns swings and misses with a shot to the body and Nealy counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Kerns thinking. Nealy misses with the combination.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nealy lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Nealy lands a nice hook to Kerns's body. Kerns takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Nealy smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nealy getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Nealy might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Nealy lands with an overhand left. Nealy has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nealy cracks Kerns with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Nealy has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Kerns to stand back up! Nealy dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Nealy is looking to clinch. Nealy ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Nealy scores with a jab. Nealy throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kerns on the side of the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nealy lands an overhand right. Decent striking displayed by Nealy there. Kerns takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Nealy steps in with a hook that catches Kerns right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Nealy follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Kerns looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:43 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tom Nealy!
