Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mr Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eoin Andershannon O Darby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Green comes to the cage accompanied by yes. O Darby has chosen I'm Shipping up to Boston by Dropkick Murphys as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Chris Edwards and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Darby throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
O Darby scores with a crisp jab that stopped Green in his tracks.
Green drops his hands momentarily and O Darby takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Eoin Andershannon O Darby seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Green ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Green closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Green lands in his opponent's guard.
Green working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Green tries to free his leg and advance position but O Darby is retaining full guard.
O Darby has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Green can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Good leg kick by Green there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Green catches O Darby with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Green motions for O Darby to come forward. Green throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
O Darby looks to score with a jab to the body but Green is just out of range.

Green displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as O Darby throws out the jab.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Green takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
O Darby uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Green.
O Darby gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Green clinches up against the cage.
Green pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
O Darby throws a hook but Green blocks it.
O Darby ducks under a wild hook from Green.
O Darby shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Green tries to reverse the position but O Darby maintains control.

Green wants to improve his position but O Darby is controlling well.
Green slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Green looking to hit a scissor sweep but O Darby is one step ahead there.
O Darby drops back looking for a leg! Green is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Green manages to kick O Darby off! O Darby jumps back into Green's guard.

Green had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. O Darby defends it easily.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as O Darby accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

O Darby on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

O Darby might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Green shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Green was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Green is landing with some decent strikes but O Darby is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
