PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cody Yeary (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sid DiBiase (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yeary comes to the cage accompanied by Chip off the block - Machine gun Kelly (MGK). DiBiase is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Metallica - Master of Puppets. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Cody Yeary!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sid DiBiase!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Steve Smith and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yeary looks for a takedown but DiBiase sprawls well.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Yeary looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks DiBiase with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Cody Yeary opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
