Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Denis Filipovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh JC (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Denis Filipovic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Josh JC!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Alan Glass and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
JC looks for a takedown but Filipovic sprawls well.
JC drives through with a takedown into guard.
Filipovic not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
JC cracks Filipovic with a solid left hand.
Filipovic knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for JC on the ground.
JC lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Filipovic is looking for a triangle but JC pushes his legs off easily.
JC postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
JC wants to control from the top but Filipovic keeps moving.
JC throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Filipovic works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Filipovic working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. JC doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. JC manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
That's one minute gone in the round.
JC drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and JC jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
JC drives through with a takedown into guard.
JC scoring with some ground and pound.
Filipovic working a defensive guard but JC passes into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
JC sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Filipovic defending well though.
Filipovic is defending against the submission attempts here by JC.
Filipovic wants to improve his position but JC is controlling well.
Filipovic makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Filipovic.
JC works a leg free and moves into half guard.

JC prevents Filipovic from improving his position.
Filipovic is not content to let JC control the position.
JC stalling.
Filipovic looking for submissions off his back.
Filipovic is breathing heavily.
JC is looking for a kimura but Filipovic is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for JC to get the leverage.
Filipovic is refusing to be controlled, as JC sits in half guard.

JC looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
JC trying to mount his opponent but Filipovic defends it.
JC works his way into side control.
JC trying to control the position but Filipovic is working away.
JC goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Filipovic rolls with the submission and now he's on top in JC's guard! Nice work there by Filipovic!
Filipovic avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
JC looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
JC throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now JC is on top in guard.
JC passes easily into side control. Nice work.
JC moves into full mount!
JC in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
JC postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Filipovic looks a forlorn figure.
Filipovic has given up his back. Will we see JC going for some submissions?
JC has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
JC trying to control momentarily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Josh JC dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
JC closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. JC lands a nice short elbow.
Filipovic taking some punishment here, with JC in his half guard.
JC wants to control but Filipovic is keeping him busy.
JC winds up and cracks Filipovic with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
JC content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
JC is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Filipovic is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
