Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bertrand Escher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Kim!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, John Roberts and Steve Montenegro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kim looks to score with a jab to the body but Escher is just out of range.

Kim throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Escher was covering up waiting for the punch and Kim finishes the takedown easily into guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Kim won't allow Escher to sweep him here.
Kim stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Escher swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Kim drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Escher dives on top into guard.

Escher got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kim has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Escher has managed to get both his arms back between Kim's legs - danger averted.
