Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Brian Stann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rock Chesner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brian Stann! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rock Chesner! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, David Schapiro and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stann throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Chesner cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Stann swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Horrible takedown by Chesner or perhaps it was just good defense by Stann which made him look bad. The fighters circling - Stann throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Chesner closes the distance and clinches. Chesner is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Chesner crunches a lovely knee into Stann's ribcage. Chesner has Stann pressed against the cage.
Stann wants a takedown but no success here.
Chesner lands a body punch in the clinch. Chesner works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Stann is looking to stand back up but Chesner counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Stann.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chesner controlling the action here. Chesner is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Chesner sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Stann can't escape the position.
Chesner scoring with strikes but Stann is staying in there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Stann trying desperately to get to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stann tries to lock up and control but Chesner gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Chesner tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. It looks like Chesner might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Rock Chesner was stalling too much, according to the referee. Stann displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Brian Stann seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chesner uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Stann.
Chesner shoots in for a takedown but Stann shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Stann throws a left and a right that both miss
and Chesner counters with a body kick. Stann stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Stann wants it to stay on the feet. Brian Stann has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rock Chesner. Chesner tries to land a front kick but Stann steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Chesner lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Stann connects with a body shot that sends Chesner's belly button to the back. Chesner looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Stann ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Chesner moves away. A telegraphed right hand from Stann misses the target. Sloppy strikes from Stann. Those never looked like landing. A nice combination there by Stann.
Chesner lands with a nice body punch. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Chesner takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Chesner tries to close the distance and clinch but Stann swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Chesner fails to land the takedown. Chesner looks gassed! Stann throws a right and a left that both miss. Chesner dodges the punch combination from Stann.
Stann throws a series of punches but Chesner moves out of range. Chesner slips a jab and a cross from Stann.
Stann throws a right and a left that Chesner avoids nicely. Stann thows a left - swing and a miss! A nice inside leg kick there by Chesner. That's going to slow Stann down. Stann takes a swing at Chesner's ribcage but misses. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Some wild striking there from Stann.
Chesner shoots in and drives through. Stann sprawls well. Chesner feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rock Chesner dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Chesner ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Chesner shoots in looking for a takedown but Stann manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Chesner's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Stann misses with a double jab.

Chesner wants to clinch. Stann throws a hook to the side of Chesner's head but Chesner sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Chesner takes a swing at Stann's ribcage but misses. Stann stuffs the takedown attempt from Chesner. Chesner gets slowly back to his feet. Chesner takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Brian Stann is winning the standup battle so far. Chesner is breathing heavily. Chesner dodges the punch combination from Stann.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stann displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Stann will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Chesner takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Stann misses with a wild combination.

Crunch! Chesner slams his shin into Stann's torso. Stann misses with a looping left. Stann smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stann throws a series of punches but Chesner moves out of range. Stann keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Chesner. Chesner tries to clinch up but Stann circles away and keeps his distance. Chesner missing with a left hand there. Stann was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Stann scores with a hook. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Chesner scoring well with a low kick there.
Chesner thumps Stann with a low kick. Chesner wants to clinch up but Stann keeps it at a distance. Stann misses with a few strikes there.
The fighters circle momentarily. Stann darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Stann swats away the attempt to clinch by Chesner. Chesner takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Nice uppercut there from Stann. Nice cross by Stann.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chesner throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Brian Stann is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Stann loads up on a big right hand but Chesner slips the punch. Stann swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Chesner makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Stann lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Stann rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Chesner moves out of range and avoids them all easily. A combination from Chesner does no damage. Stann falls off balance throwing a combination
and Chesner counters with a nice uppercut. Chesner on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Stann throws a right and a left that both miss. Stann swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Stann lands with an overhand left. Chesner moves into the clinch. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Chesner is struggling to control the position. A nice right hand lands inside from Chesner. A left hand lands to the body for Chesner.
Stann goes for a takedown in the clinch but Chesner prevents it.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. A right hand to the body from Chesner.

That was a close second round but I would say that Brian Stann will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Chesner creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Chesner creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Stann's defenses.
It looks like Brian Stann has been cut. Chesner lands with a short head shot on the inside. Chesner pushes Stann back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Stann letting Chesner take a breather here. Chesner continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chesner is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Stann gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Chesner lands a good knee to the midsection. Stann won't want to take too many of those. Chesner lands a shoulder strike. Stann fails to pull guard.

This has been an exciting period of action! A short body shot lands from Chesner as the two fighters clinch.
Chesner lands a damaging elbow. Chesner gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Stann goes for a takedown in the clinch but Chesner prevents it.

Stann misses with a hook from the clinch. Chesner lands a right hand that snaps the head of Stann backwards. Chesner escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Chesner rushes Stann and presses him up against the cage. Chesner scores with an uppercut up the middle. Stann wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Chesner is trying to drag Stann to the mat but Stann just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Stann wants to break free but Chesner has control.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Chesner crunches a lovely knee into Stann's ribcage. Chesner slows down the pace here.

And that's the end of the fight! Rock Chesner comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Chesner has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
