Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Masahura Yakisoba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dai Vernon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vernon is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Ari Gold - Let's Hug It Out, BITCH. Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. Masahura Yakisoba has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vernon throws a wild body kick that Yakisoba sees coming a mile off.
Vernon dodges the punch combination from Yakisoba.

Yakisoba does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Vernon shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Yakisoba is trying to defend but Vernon finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Vernon wants to free his trapped foot but Yakisoba is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Vernon feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Well Vernon has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
