Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Segei Ignashov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ralph Gordon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Segei Ignashov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ralph Gordon!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Patrick Alders and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ignashov gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Gordon to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Ignashov controls Gordon momentarily but Gordon frees himself.
Ignashov had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Gordon defends it easily.
Gordon decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Gordon should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Ignashov keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Gordon tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Ignashov manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Ignashov looking to score a takedown here. Gordon is defending well but Ignashov drives through and ends up in Gordon's guard.
Ignashov wants to pass the guard but Gordon is keeping the position.
Gordon is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Ignashov is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Gordon is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Gordon holds on and takes a little breather.

Gordon bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Ignashov's guard.
Ignashov is trying to keep Gordon in close.
Ignashov is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Ignashov has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Segei Ignashov just wasn't active enough.
Ignashov defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gordon.
Gordon shoots in for a takedown but Ignashov shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Gordon is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Ignashov is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

A close round but Ralph Gordon will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Gordon fails to land the takedown.
Gordon uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ignashov.
Gordon throws a sloppy head kick and Ignashov moves out of range easily.
Ignashov moves into the clinch.
Gordon's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Ignashov escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Gordon tries to clinch up.
Gordon will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Ignashov throws a front kick aimed at Gordon's knee but Gordon avoids it well.

Ignashov stuffs the takedown attempt from Gordon. Gordon gets slowly back to his feet.
Segei Ignashov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ralph Gordon.
Gordon closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Ignashov did well to prevent Gordon getting side control.
Ignashov gets full guard.
Ignashov looking to hit a scissor sweep but Gordon is one step ahead there.
Ignashov controls Gordon momentarily but Gordon frees himself.
Ignashov is really struggling to control Gordon but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Gordon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ignashov swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Segei Ignashov.
Gordon is looking to clinch.
Gordon shoots for a takedown but Ignashov saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Ignashov wants to clinch.
Gordon closes the distance and clinches.

Ignashov is trying to pull guard but Gordon has him pressed against the cage.
Gordon has Ignashov pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Ignashov manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Ignashov is not content to let Gordon control the position.
Gordon throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Ignashov is looking to control Gordon's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Ignashov avoid being mounted?
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Ralph Gordon will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Ignashov tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gordon sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ignashov somewhat.
Nice takedown defense from Ignashov. No joy for Gordon on that attempt.
Ignashov doesn't manage to clinch there - Gordon circles away.

Ignashov moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Gordon has worked his arm free - good work by Gordon!

Gordon gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Ignashov is trying to control the action in half guard but Gordon is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Gordon has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Ignashov is working away from the top position though.
Ignashov not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Gordon is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Ignashov's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Ignashov's back!

Ralph Gordon has got the better of the ground game so far.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Ignashov breaks Gordon's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Ignashov drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Gordon dives on top into guard.
Ignashov wants to hit a switch here but Gordon passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Ignashov there!
Ignashov tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Gordon takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Gordon lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Ignashov is in a horrible position here. Gordon smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Ralph Gordon comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Gordon winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
