Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Teddy Boys (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kily Gonzales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Teddy Boys! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kily Gonzales! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Luis Engracia and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boys takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Boys looks for a takedown but Gonzales sprawls well. Boys shoots in but no luck this time. Boys misses with a takedown and Gonzales counters with a nice double leg into guard. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Teddy Boys. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gonzales wants to control from the top but Boys keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gonzales is stalling in the full guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Kily Gonzales was stalling too much, according to the referee. Gonzales fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Boys to the ground. Gonzales is now in Boys's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gonzales stopping the sweep attempt from Boys. Boys is working hard here to advance position. Gonzales is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Kily Gonzales. Boys wants to clinch. Boys shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gonzales pinned against the cage. Gonzales gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Gonzales gets caught napping as Boys dives in and scores a takedown. Gonzales manages to retain guard. Boys trying to control but Gonzales is working from the bottom. Gonzales not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Boys throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Gonzales works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Boys trying to control the position from guard on top but Gonzales is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Boys fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Boys shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Boys cracks Gonzales with a good jab. Gonzales circles away from the clinch attempt.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Boys has his takedown stuffed so Gonzales counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Gonzales slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. This has been an exciting period of action! Gonzales stands up from Boys's guard - Gonzales perhaps looking for a knockout. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Horrible takedown by Boys or perhaps it was just good defense by Gonzales which made him look bad. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kily Gonzales dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Boys looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Boys throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Boys is working for a submission of some sort.
Gonzales looks like he's trying to stand up.
Boys is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Gonzales is just riding it out for now. Boys eventually gives up the hold. Boys thows a huge punch but Gonzales dodges it nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Boys is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Gonzales has managed to free his arm - good work. Boys is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Kily Gonzales has got the better of the ground game so far. Gonzales is controlling Boys's position as best he can from this difficult position. Gonzales is looking to escape. Boys seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Gonzales does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Boys is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Gonzales uses the momentum to regain guard. Boys postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Gonzales is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Boys, into his guard. Gonzales sitting in guard here, content to control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Teddy Boys dominated that second round. That's time! Boys's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Boys is looking to clinch. Boys shoots in and drives through. Gonzales sprawls well. Boys closes the distance but Gonzales moves to the side and Gonzales counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Boys shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gonzales as he avoids it easily. Gonzales throws a right and a left that Boys avoids nicely. Boys misses with a takedown attempt and Gonzales counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Boys! That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Teddy Boys. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gonzales controlling the position easily from mount. Boys tries to improve his position but instead Gonzales has taken his back!
That's one minute gone in the round. Boys defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.
Boys prevents Gonzales from getting a body triangle. Gonzales controlling the position well here. Boys rolled but Gonzales kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Let's hope that Gonzales has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Kily Gonzales hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Boys shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Gonzales napping and manages to drive through into side control! Boys wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gonzales keeps working. Boys tries for a kimura but Gonzales is defending well. Boys tries for a kimura but Gonzales is defending well. Boys prevents Gonzales from escaping the position. Boys is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Gonzales is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
And that's the end of the fight! Kily Gonzales comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Gonzales has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
