Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Roberto Gracia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kim Kaphwan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracia comes to the cage accompanied by Rise Agianst-Satellite. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Roberto Gracia! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kim Kaphwan! The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Daniel Cesar and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kaphwan throws a head kick that Gracia semi-blocks.
Kaphwan tries to clinch but fails miserably and Gracia counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Gracia is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Gracia prevents Kaphwan from improving his position. Kaphwan is trying to stand up here but Gracia is controlling him well. Gracia not doing much here.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Roberto Gracia just wasn't active enough. Gracia shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kaphwan sprawls well. Kaphwan wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Gracia gets slowly back to his feet. A head kick misses from Kaphwan. Kaphwan looking to land some kicks to the body here.

Kaphwan shoots in looking for a takedown but Gracia manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kaphwan's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Kaphwan wants to clinch but Gracia slips to the side and Gracia counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Kaphwan throws his legs up looking for a submission but Gracia uses it to pass to side control.
Gracia just content to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kaphwan tries to improve position but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gracia in side control, just content to control the action for now. Kaphwan tries to buck Gracia off but Gracia is having none of it. Gracia is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Kaphwan's shoulder. That is not cool.

Roberto Gracia has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Kaphwan misses with a head kick.

Kaphwan throws a head kick but Gracia moves out of range.
A head kick misses from Kaphwan. Kaphwan lands a front kick. Kaphwan throws a head kick that Gracia semi-blocks.
Kaphwan gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Gracia counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Kaphwan! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gracia controlling from the full mount. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gracia closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Kaphwan wants to control but Gracia is keeping busy and won't allow it. Kaphwan is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Kaphwan works his way to full guard. Good work. Gracia is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Kaphwan tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Gracia counters with a three punch combo that has Kaphwan backing up. Kaphwan nods at Gracia to acknowledge the strikes. Kim Kaphwan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracia looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Kaphwan thows a body kick. Gracia tries to catch it but that hurt him. Gracia gets a double leg takedown into Kaphwan's guard. Kaphwan not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Kim Kaphwan wasn't active enough on the ground. Gracia looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gracia drops an elbow to the side of Kaphwan's head. Kaphwan tries to roll over but Gracia keeps him under control. Gracia controlling the action here. Roberto Gracia overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Gracia throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Kaphwan has his hands clasped together but Gracia breaks the hold and Kaphwan is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Gracia!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:42 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Roberto Gracia! In his post fight interview, Roberto Gracia started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
