Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bas Rutten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pablo Fernandes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pablo Fernandes told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Rutten has a takedown stuffed.
Fernandes gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Rutten wants to get up but he can't break Fernandes's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Rutten stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fernandes swivels though and keeps the full guard.
