The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Foster bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Foster is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Borgne has escaped the position, nice work there.
Foster prevents Borgne from escaping the position.
Foster tries to score with some ground and pound. Borgne controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Borgne takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Borgne wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Foster looks up at the clock and then as Borgne takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Foster smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Foster shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Foster was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Borgne is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

Borgne tries to buck Foster off but he can't manage it.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
