Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bob Hope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Spurro Sparre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sparre is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Sexy and I Know It . Bob Hope has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bob Hope! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Spurro Sparre! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hope throws a shot from downtown. Sparre moves away and avoids it. Sparre throws a leg kick and Hope counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Sparre checks a low kick from Hope. Sparre attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Bob Hope seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A shot to the liver by Hope. Beautiful body shot. Sparre uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hope.
Sparre throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sparre connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Hope's hands. Sparre is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Hope dips down and scores with a jab to the body. A big left from Sparre misses. Sparre thows a left - swing and a miss! Hope jabbing away but nothing is landing. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Hope.
Hope misses with a low kick.
Hope throws a nice outside leg kick. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hope with a jab. Hope pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sparre lands a really nice looking cross but Hope seems unphased.
A shot to the body from Hope misses and Sparre counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hope throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Nice straight punches there by Sparre. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Sparre. Hope ducks under a wild hook from Sparre. Hope swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Sparre takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Sparre avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Hope ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Sparre scores with the left hand. Hope knows he should have avoided that one. Sparre looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Sparre jabs Hope to the body, keeping him at a distance. Hope is breathing heavily. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Sparre connects with a body shot that sends Hope's belly button to the back. Sparre cracks Hope with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Hope tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Sparre pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Hope is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Spurro Sparre! A relieved looking Spurro Sparre thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
