Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alysian Karalis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Sanders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanders misses with a wild combination.
Sanders looks to throw a body kick
and Karalis counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Sanders is trying hard to land a takedown here. Karalis sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Nice combo by Karalis! Oh, that's hurt him - Sanders falls to the canvas and Karalis follows him into side control.
Sanders is rocked!
It looks like Joe Sanders has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Karalis is trying to get an arm triangle but Sanders is defending well.
Sanders is still in real trouble! Can Karalis finish him?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Karalis cracks Sanders with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Karalis immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Sanders is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Karalis!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alysian Karalis!
An intense looking Alysian Karalis took to the microphone post fight and gave a little speech: 'Dude, bro, man, come on, you know? I mean come on, you know? Yeah! What!? Yeah!!'.
