Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fourth Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brad Cunningham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boy comes to the cage accompanied by New York. Cunningham has chosen Disturbed - Conflict as his entrance music. Fourth Boy is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, John Roberts and John Kavanagh.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cunningham tries to clinch up but Boy circles away and keeps his distance.
Boy avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Boy misses with a hook to the body
and Cunningham counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Boy is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Cunningham is looking to clinch.
Boy throws a front kick aimed at Cunningham's knee but Cunningham avoids it well.
Cunningham is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Brad Cunningham seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Cunningham takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Cunningham tries to close the distance and clinch up but Boy swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Boy loads up on a big right hand but Cunningham slips the punch.
Boy steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Cunningham.
Cunningham fails with an attempt to clinch.
Cunningham misses with a straight right.

Boy dives in and grabs Cunningham's left leg, looking for a takedown. Cunningham pushes down on Boy's head and hops out.
Boy shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Fourth Boy. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Cunningham uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Boy.
The fight stays on the outside here - Cunningham looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Cunningham throws a lazy right hand but Boy sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Boy fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Cunningham sprawls well initially but Boy persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Boy avoids the attempt from Cunningham to control.

Boy postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Cunningham looks a forlorn figure.
Cunningham wants to control but Boy is having none of it.
Boy lands with some strikes.
Boy breaks from Cunningham's wrist control and lands an elbow.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Cunningham tries to hold on but Boy pushes him away.
Boy wants to control but instead Cunningham manages to regain half guard.
Cunningham pushes Boy off looking to stand but Boy dives back in and keeps control.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Boy connects with a nice short shot to Cunningham's temple.
Boy is keen to just control but Cunningham is a slippery customer.

Boy looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Cunningham with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Cunningham is still in real trouble! Can Boy finish him?

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

It looks like Fourth Boy has been cut.

and Boy counters with a single leg into guard. Cunningham didn't expect that.
Boy has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Cunningham lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Boy!
Fourth Boy overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Cunningham is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Boy has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Cunningham jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Boy is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Boy and Cunningham has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Boy is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Cunningham's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Cunningham's back!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Cunningham tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Boy manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Boy will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Brad Cunningham hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Boy shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Cunningham's guard.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Boy, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
