The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Taro Takaoka and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vale lands a head shot.
Sloppy strikes from Paulino. Those never looked like landing.
Paulino lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Vale circles away quickly and effectively.
Vale scores with a jab to the body.
Paulino tries to bum rush Vale with a series of wild strikes but Vale uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Paulino fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A nice combination there by Paulino.
Paulino on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Paulino on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Paulino misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Vale.

Vale scores with a jab to the body.
Vale showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Paulino.
Vale throws the left hand but Paulino avoids the punch easily.
Paulino connects with a body shot that sends Vale's belly button to the back.
Paulino throws a left and a right that both miss
and Vale counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Vale connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.


It looks like Alexandre Paulino has been cut.
Vale throws a lazy right hand but Paulino sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Vale looks to throw the jab but Paulino is out of range.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Vale looks to score with a jab to the body but Paulino is just out of range.
Vale lands with a shot to the body.

Vale lands a big uppercut and Paulino crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Paulino looks OK. Vale waves Paulino back to his feet!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Vale dips to his left and cracks Paulino with an uppercut!
Oh Paulino is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
and Vale counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Paulino! He's just covering up as Vale starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kenneth Ray Vale!
