Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Raz Matazz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Uriel Amok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matazz's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Tool - Eulogy. The crowd seem to be enjoying Amok's choice of entrance music: Devils. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
28 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Raz Matazz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
25 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Uriel Amok! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Matazz throws a head kick but Amok moves out of range.
Matazz tries to land a leg kick but Amok saw it coming and moves away.
Amok defending well as Matazz loads up on a big left hand. Amok gets a double leg takedown into Matazz's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Amok wants to pass the guard but Matazz is keeping the position. Amok postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Matazz pulls Amok in close to his closed guard and prevents Amok from doing any damage or advancing position. Amok wants to control from the top but Matazz keeps moving. Matazz looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Raz Matazz. Amok looks to land a left hand but Matazz moved out of range nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. A slapping leg kick lands for Matazz.
Matazz walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
It looks like Raz Matazz has been cut. Matazz tries to close the distance and clinch up but Amok swats him away and circles back towards the center. Amok bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Matazz throws an off balance right hand
and Amok counters with a nice uppercut. Raz Matazz is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Matazz throws a jab when Amok was well out of range. Matazz swings for the body but Amok moves out of range.
Matazz lands with a slapping head kick. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Amok slips under a jab. Matazz circles away from the clinch attempt.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Matazz throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Amok closes this distance looking for a takedown but Matazz circles away. Matazz closes the distance and pushes Amok back into the cage. Matazz throws a knee to the head but misses.

It looks like Uriel Amok has been cut. Amok takes an elbow to the temple. Matazz lands an elbow just above Amok 's eye. Matazz works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Matazz is looking to clinch. Amok throws a body punch but Matazz moves out of range. Matazz clobbers Amok with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Amok throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Matazz's waist but Matazz gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Amok off to one side.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Amok tries for a takedown but Matazz sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Raz Matazz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Uriel Amok. Matazz uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Amok. Amok tries to clinch up and Matazz counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Matazz shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Uriel Amok seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Matazz bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Amok walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Matazz swings for the body but Amok moves out of range.
Amok shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Matazz clinches up against the cage. Matazz throws a knee to the head but misses.
Amok has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Matazz clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Amok trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Matazz looking very determined here, making life difficult for Amok.

That was a close round but I would say that Raz Matazz will probably get the nod. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Amok takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Amok shoots for a double leg takedown but Matazz sprawls well. He's pushed Amok's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Amok is breathing heavily. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A slow jab from Amok misses its intended target.

Amok's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Matazz is looking to take this fight into the clinch. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Amok throws a body punch but Matazz moves out of range. Amok throws a right and a left that Matazz avoids nicely.
