Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sid Thunder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William H Bonney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bonney is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Billy Get Your Guns. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sid Thunder! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, William H Bonney! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Felipe Paraventi and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thunder tries a head kick but it misses.

Thunder lands with a straight right. Bonney didn't see that one coming. Bonney uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Thunder has time to react. Bonney slips a jab from Thunder. Bonney moves into range and clinches up with Thunder. A nice glancing elbow lands by Bonney. Thunder has had enough of the clinch but Bonney keeps him there for the moment. Bonney doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Bonney ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Bonney no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Bonney had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Thunder is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Bonney Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Thunder's back instead. Bonney doesn't have the hooks in and Thunder manages to turn into his guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bonney is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Thunder has his hands clasped together but Bonney extends an breaks Thunder's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Bonney.
