Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Fail Baroni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Loki Spirit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Fail Baroni! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Loki Spirit! The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Luis Engracia and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Baroni decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Baroni is trying to work for a kimura but Spirit is defending well.
Baroni is working for a kimura but Spirit is defending it quite comfortably.
Spirit tries to roll over but Baroni keeps him under control. Spirit flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Spirit has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Spirit is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Spirit has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Baroni is working away from the top position though. Spirit gets back to full guard.
Spirit is trying to keep Baroni in close.
Baroni has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Baroni trying to control but Spirit is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Baroni wants to pass the guard but Spirit is keeping the position.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Spirit with a lazy takedown attempt and Baroni counters with a nice double leg into guard. Baroni stopping the sweep attempt from Spirit. Spirit throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Baroni is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Spirit looking to hit a scissor sweep but Baroni is one step ahead there. Spirit is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Spirit shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Baroni counters with a takedown into side control. Spirit looks gassed! Spirit is not content to let Baroni control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Baroni is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Spirit knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Baroni grinds an elbow into Spirit's temple. Baroni tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Baroni has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Baroni thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Spirit manages to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Spirit trying to control from the bottom.
Baroni is looking for a kimura but Spirit is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Baroni to get the leverage. Baroni is pressing down on Spirit's thigh, looking to free his foot. Spirit is holding on for now. Baroni passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Spirit! Baroni fails to move to back control. Spirit is looking to get to half guard. Baroni is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Spirit can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Spirit is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Baroni locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Spirit is forced to tap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Fail Baroni!
