Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Billy Bruiser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bazz Durham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bruiser comes into the arena with Rainmaker blaring out of the sound system. Bazz Durham has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Billy Bruiser!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bazz Durham!
The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Matheus Silva and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Durham changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bruiser tries to avoid it but Durham manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bruiser to the ground. Bruiser escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Bruiser throws a quick inside leg kick.
Bruiser works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Bruiser throws a nice outside leg kick.
Durham shoots in looking for a takedown. Bruiser tries to sprawl out of it but Durham keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bruiser manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Bruiser throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Bruiser fakes the leg kick and cracks Durham in the body.
Bruiser misses with a jab to the body
so Durham counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bruiser looking to control.
Durham is working Bruiser over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Bruiser utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Durham in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Bruiser keeping moving, preventing Durham from controlling successfully.
Durham postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Bruiser knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Durham on the ground.
Durham missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Durham trying to control but Bruiser is working from the bottom.
Durham postures up in Bruiser's guard and throws a big left but Bruiser blocks it.
Durham in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Durham accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Durham stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bruiser swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Durham seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Durham postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Durham working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Durham trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Durham trying to control but Bruiser is working from the bottom.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Bruiser pushes Durham up against the cage in a clinch.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Bruiser.

Bruiser goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Durham is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Bruiser gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Billy Bruiser has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bazz Durham.

Bruiser unloads a knee to the mid-section.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Bruiser lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Bazz Durham will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Bruiser throws a head kick that Durham semi-blocks.
Bruiser lands a head kick. Durham smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

A head kick from Bruiser lands but Durham takes it in his stride.
Durham is rocked!
A solid leg kick lands there for Bruiser.
Durham is still on wobbly legs! Can Bruiser finish him?
Bruiser throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Bruiser has managed to clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bruiser is stalling here.
A left hand lands to the body for Bruiser.
Bruiser lands a good knee to the midsection. Durham won't want to take too many of those.
Durham takes an elbow to the temple.
Bruiser lands a damaging elbow.
Bruiser working the clinch nicely. Durham is working for position but Bruiser cracks him with a big knee to the head! Durham crumples up against the cage and Bruiser lands two more shots before the ref can save Durham! This one is all over!
