Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Doox Dragon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Takeda Suzuki!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Sano.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suzuki cracks Dragon with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Dragon throws a half hearted mid kick.
Dragon lands with a slapping head kick.
Dragon throws a sloppy head kick and Suzuki moves out of range easily.
Suzuki misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Dragon throws the kick towards the body but Suzuki avoids it.
Dragon misses with a head kick.
Suzuki dips to his left and cracks Dragon with an uppercut!
Doox Dragon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dragon buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Good shot there by Suzuki.
Suzuki connects with a right hand. Dragon shakes it off.
Dragon scores with a head kick.
Suzuki blocks a head kick by Dragon.
Suzuki loads up on a big right hand but Dragon slips the punch.
Dragon throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Dragon connects with a leg kick. Suzuki looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

A big right from Suzuki misses.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Dragon lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Suzuki has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Suzuki and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Suzuki lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Dragon misses with a body kick.

Suzuki scores with a one two! Dragon had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Dragon misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Dragon walks into a stiff left hand from Suzuki.
Suzuki misses with a few strikes there.
Suzuki sizes up Dragon with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Dragon.
Suzuki throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Suzuki wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Suzuki works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Suzuki's corner calls for a 1-2. Suzuki obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Dragon walks into a jab.
Dragon looks for the body kick but Suzuki saw that one coming.
Dragon misses with a head kick.
Dragon throws a head kick that misses.
Dragon throws a head kick that half lands.
Dragon is breathing heavily.
A leg kick checked by Suzuki.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Suzuki takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Suzuki ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Dragon ducks right into an uppercut from Suzuki.
Dragon throws a head kick that misses.
Suzuki sizes up Dragon with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Suzuki lands a jab-cross combination.
Suzuki scores with a crisp jab that stopped Dragon in his tracks.
Suzuki darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Dragon tries a head kick but it misses.
Suzuki lands a slapping body shot.
A lazy left from Suzuki finds it's target.
Suzuki bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Suzuki is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Dragon had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Suzuki throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Dragon on the side of the head.

Suzuki lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Suzuki connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Dragon momentarily.
Suzuki throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Suzuki lands the left hand.
Suzuki lands with an uppercut that bounces Dragon off the cage and back into range.
A head kick misses from Dragon.
Suzuki lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Suzuki lands a jab to the head.
Suzuki connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Suzuki rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dragon moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Suzuki clobbers Dragon with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Nice uppercut lands for Suzuki. That snapped Dragon's head back.
Dragon takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Suzuki works over Dragon's head and body with a nice combination.


Dragon is rocked!
A head kick misses from Dragon.
Dragon throws a head kick but Suzuki moves out of range.
Dragon takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Suzuki's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Suzuki duly obliges.
Oh Dragon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dragon gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Suzuki.
Dragon takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Suzuki dips to his left and cracks Dragon with an uppercut!
Suzuki scores with a jab to the jaw.
Dragon looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Suzuki lands a head shot.
Dragon tries a head kick but it misses.
Suzuki fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Dragon to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Dragon looks to clinch but Suzuki throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Dragon taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Takeda Suzuki!
